Our Tyranosaurus Rex skeleton puppet also required us to create the large archaeology site around it, built on a 32' square elevated stage. It had to be built at our shop so it could be broken down, transported, and reassembled on stage later. The bones of the Tyranosaurus Rex skeleton were individually carved out of foam and hard coated, and the arcaeological site was sprayed urathene foam dressed with dirt and crushed walnut shell.
