Creating each of these frozen body effects involved lifecasting the actor's head. Pale blue pearlescent paint gave the them an icy look and we added a frosty feel with styrosnow and small amounts of very fine glitter. The eyes in the lifecastings were opened up and realistic eyes were inserted to add drama and humor to the effect. Real glasses were then placed on the heads for the finishing touches.
